I understand that it can be helpful to speak to a professional to explore your neurotype, without necessarily committing to a comprehensive assessment. I offer one-off exploratory sessions as a bridge between your own self-directed research and a formal assessment. These sessions offer a non-judgmental, curious, and professional space to discuss your experiences and what you’ve noticed about how your brain works. Together, we can discuss whether a more formal assessment is right for you.

For those seeking a more formal assessment, I offer neurodiversity-affirming assessments for adults (18 years and older) who wish to explore their neurotype and receive a formal diagnosis (if applicable). Two options are available, including an assessment with comprehensive report and feedback session, or an assessment with a brief diagnostic summary letter.
